Image 1 Description - RAVEN

This image is based on the Raven and the Allen Edgar Poe Poem "Nevermore"  -I will be making the wig and postiche for the photoshoot, also a skull prop along with a collaboration with Stefan from the YC Art department, we had a lovely chat on about the 3 week and he agreed to make a metal silhouette for the skull, my plan is to have a light 

placed in front on the skull and raven and this will hopefully project a large Raven shadow behind my model "Allen Edgar Poe". The model for this photoshoot is Alan, he is a middle aged model and ideal for this shoot, he will be sitting down behind a table and the skull and raven will be placed on the table and "Poe" will be reading an authentic "Nevermore" book. The atmosphere will be dark and moody, mainly blacks and a hint of red  - the Raven represents "Death".

Pic 1 Raven: Death, Model (Alan) this would be Edgar Allan Poe who wrote “The Raven” with the famous quote “NEVERMORE”, (design Appendix A) I will make a postiche moustache and re-enact Edgar Allan Poe sitting down with the book he wrote and a Raven on a human skull displayed on the table. One of the collaborations I will be working with is Stefan (student) from the Arts department, Stefan has kindly agreed to make me a metal raven to attach to the skull I will make, and this will be hopefully projected with light onto the background of my photoshoot.
